You need to be careful about what you eat. Reduce the amount of foods that are high in carbohydrates especially, the refined carbs. These can increase your blood glucose levels which will increase your cravings for more sugary foods.
To make a clean cut from sugar make it less difficult for you to give into temptations. If you have any chocolates stashed somewhere or if your cupboards are brimming with high sugar and high fat foods then, it is time for a clear out.
